Masoud Manzouri is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) and the founder of Manzouri Immigration Inc. in Victoria, BC. With extensive experience in immigration and citizenship law, he has dedicated his career to supporting newcomers in achieving safe and lawful pathways to Canada. His multidisciplinary background across public services, higher education, and non-profit organizations has shaped his commitment to creating accessible and effective solutions for immigrants and refugees.
As a member of the VIRCS Board of Directors, Masoud is passionate about advancing the society’s mission to empower newcomers, foster inclusion, and strengthen community connections in Victoria and beyond.
