The purpose of the project (Leading Change for Resilient Communities) is to have a rural focus to support employers across the province with access to community-based trainers and workplace equity specialists to effectively address equity, diversity and inclusion challenges in rural workplaces and to attract & retain an increasingly diverse workforce.
