Dr. Rashed Al-Haque is the Associate Director of Policy Development and Planning at Camosun College. With a PhD in Education and over seven years in college administration, he brings deep expertise in higher education policy and strategic planning. Originally from Bangladesh and raised in Kuwait, Rashed is committed to supporting immigrants and refugees in BC through his role on the Board of Directors at VIRCS.
