Bruce worked as an economist for 40 years for various organizations in the public and private sectors.
He has served on the board of Immigrant Services Calgary.
He has also taught ESL as a volunteer.
Bruce has travelled extensively for official and personal purposes, and enjoys learning about other cultures.
He holds an MA in Development Economics and an MSc in Health Policy, Planning and Financing from the UK.
