The Victoria Immigrant & Refugee Centre Society (VIRCS) is proud to be a major contributor helping newcomers to adjust into Canadian society. VIRCS’s Aaron Gordon Settlement Program provides the necessary services to thousands newcomers yearly to adjust into Canadian society such us: counselling, referral, interpretation, orientation on housing, healthcare, social benefits, seniors services, community participation etc. Without these services the newcomers’ adjustment can be painful, lengthy and difficult.
